More then a Meditation. Transmission about Fear and Doubts

I asked for a meditation to share with the Discourse group today and this is what that graciously shared.  It is so much more than a meditation and then again it's probably a perfection meditation.   Wouldn't you know it!!

Close your eyes.  Relax.  Gently breathe in and breathe out.  Release all the concerns that you have with you as you came into this meditation.  Let them drop away from you.  They do not serve you anyway.  

Concerns are only doubts and fear.  Doubts that are self imposed and fear is fear of self.  All so unnecessary because we are with you and when you allow our assistance and recognize that there is a larger ideal of what you can grasp, your doubts and fears will vanish.  We make that happen for you once you let us.  Fear and doubt is mistrust. Mistrust that we are guiding you incorrectly.  which of course we never are.  As Ra has said to this channel, when you doubt or mistrust, you are not doubting you but you are doubting US.  Why would you even let yourselves get in such a conflicted state.  Your energetic bodies flow clearly and smoothly when you just relax, release, trust and allow.  We are always and only here to assist, help and guide you in the best possible way for you.  At times you do not like the impressions we are sending you or the ideas or words you are hearing, but once you give up this resistance covered in doubt and fear all will flow to you through ease and grace.    

Enjoy your over shells of the human body you occupy.  Appreciate the body’s ability to adapt to all circumstances of which you subject it to.  You are so comfortable in your human over body that you even forget that it is like a jacket that will be changed once it becomes un-wearable any longer.  The more your worry and fear the quicker your jacket will have to be changed.  Your human body over shell is precious, valuable and so necessary for you to accomplish the particular work and understanding, lessons we could say, that you have come here to experience.  Please give yourself the chance to follow your hearts desires and learn your lessons you signed up for.   

The illusion of fear and worry is just that, an illusion, as well as the space totally surrounding you.  It’s all in your consciousness, illusionary and holographic.  You are the most amazing creator.  Notice what you have created in this lifetime, enjoy each and every thing that you have created that calls to your attention.  There is no good or bad about anything that has influenced your life time here on this planet.  All is as you planned it and all is very good.  Once you learn to notice, accept and recognize the good in EVERY thing, big or small, that interacts within your own personal vibrational space, your own vibrational world, your own personal impressions and body experiences; the more your will be able to recognize your true power and your ability as a being of light.  You are you know.  A marvelous being of light full of love, joy, bliss, excitement, grace, stillness, expansive energy, space and so much.  All these are part of the true you.   

We hope we have helped you to recognize yourself as powerful and recognize that you have chosen to walk this wonderful path on Mother Earth at this time of amazing transformation; transformation for you and all on this planet and through the whole of creation.  You are our torches, our lights showing others the way so they will not get lost and confused and caught up in their doubts and fears.  It is so amazing what you are doing and what you can do.  We are grateful that you have opened yourself for this transmission and we wish to reinforce the impression that we are here.  We are here to help and assist you and all ways.  We have many secrets, tricks, shortcuts and lessons learned that we are eager to share with you.  In order for this to happen, you must remember to call to us.  To ask, allow and then receive.  We are here for you and we love you dearly.   

So breathe, in and out, start to feel yourself return to the room, keep breathing, wiggle your toes, your fingers and when you are ready open your eyes.  We love you and we thank you. 

Jan 11, 2012 - 1st day at the Sphinx for messages

I was told to go to the sphnix for three days in a row at 11:11 am beginning Jan 11. I was to sit, not stand because the energy would be too strong so I would need to sit quietly, on the right hand side of the paw, close to the knuckles but down just a piece from there.  Look and listen and write.   Go the 11th, 12th and 13th and on the third day go from the sphinx to the ancient Isis Temple on the Giza plateau and more will be shared with me.  The Isis Temple was also for the balance of the male and female energies.   The symbols are not posted but they might be revealed later.

Here is what I received on the 1st day and I'm to share this with as many as I can.

We are here to show you secrets never before revealed.  We buried much information in the beginning and now it is time to share with all of humanity. 

THOTH; RA;  ISIS; MAAT; HATHOR; SEKHMET; OSIRIS; HORUS and many more have come to your side.  Relax and we will begin.
 

Ancient times were so different and not as backward as most believe.  We  are from a very advanced civilization and our skills and abilities from that  time were enormous especially compared to your skills and knowledge of  today. 
 

Never in ancient times were we unable to communicate with just our  thoughts.  Everything was formed with thought.  then as thousands of years  passed, man's abilities became darker and we had to remove much of  what we used then.  We ourselves had to withdraw until the proper time  when man was again ready to become their one-ness of which we all are.

The ancient times of which your history speaks of is the period after we  withdrew and man was again totally without any special abilities or skills.   THEN they had to learn from themselves what they had lost and figure a  way to recover it and a connection to us.

7 to 9 dimensions - all more advanced then Earth, the school of experiments and tests.
 

I Am RA and you are my child.  Never doubt the messages you are receiving.  You are receiving them from us accurately.  We built this (the sphinx and Giza plateau) to help remind you that we are you and that we were here at the time that you remembered this.  There is  NOTHING that we can do that you cannot do also.  Just as the avatar Jesus said in his cryptic messages to the then unaware populace. 'These things and  MORE you can do'!

One more thing.  Thank you for coming and believing in us and in your ability to communicate with us.  Your twin flame is easily understanding because he has been through this already long ago.  He has just been waiting for you to awaken again to your strengths, separately, alone and together. 
 

(Interesting note: I did have the shakes and tremors throughout my body as I prepared to leave and my personal escort had to support me for a while as we walked away until my strength returned and I stopped trembling.)

 Let Your Mind and Thoughts Soar for the Highest Possible Impressions

There are many at this time who are making their final transition and we are waiting to welcome them home.  Much is happening on the earth plane and much is happening in the cosmic in tandem with all these shifts and current changes that you are experience in your human forms. 

Know that we are with you.  We are always with you and we are here to assist in ways that you are not even aware of.  We ask constantly that you call to us and from your calls we will be able to do even more to help ease and relax you through the different feelings and changes that are occurring in your bodies and on your planet and through the cosmic.  Every little movement, action or thought creates another that grows in magnitude as it perpetuates upon itself over and over again.  Be sure that your thoughts are of peace, blessings and love at all times.  And if not at all times, change your thought to peace, gratitude and love as soon as you can catch that you are not sending out a positive vibrational thought, feeling or impression. 

The human mind plays many tricks upon you but you are a light being of spirit and you are well equipped to handle these little tricks from the human ego mind once you realize your true strength and abilities and how to control yourself and all in your world.  It is by thought, feeling and impressions.  This is the only way that anything is ever created in your world and all around you. 

We ask that you take the time to reflect upon these our words and in your heart of hearts you will recognized their truth.  We have much love for you dear ones and we are always here for you in any way that you will allow us to be available and known to you.  Remove all doubts and fears.  Replace them with trust, love and thoughts of freedom of letting your mind and thoughts soar for the highest possible impression that makes you feel completely as if you are made of light and air.  We will lift you and you will feel like you are floating and thinking thoughts that are on beautiful wings.  They are.  They are on beautiful wings of love from us.  We love you dearly. 

We are the Captains of the Light Brigade, Commander Ashtar, Amun-Ra, Isis,  Arch Angel Metatron and the Collection of all the Beings of Light from the Eternal Source of Oneness. 

 You Are Becoming One Again!

We are grateful for the time you spend with us and we would like to first say thank you from us and from those among humanity who read these words channeled to you.  You are an important part to get our messages out to the rest of the planet. 

Time is coming now soon and many changes will be upon all on Planet Earth.  As these changes start to arrive, we ask that you keep yourself calm and balanced.  Keep your emotions and mind in a calm space and do not let what you see or what you hear either from yourself or from others, effect you in such a way that you are pushed off balance.  Keep your center core aligned with your higher self and keep your mind and focus on us, the ascended beings of light that are coming in mass to assist each and every one of you.  We love you so dearly that we put you first in all our desires, wishes and our attention.  We know that you do not do the same with us but we understand and we love you regardless.  Nothing you could ever, ever do would change our eternal love for each one of you reading these words.  We are your family, your true, light family from the God source.  We were all together when you were created and we will always be all together through all the different lifetimes, trials, tests and traumas that may occur and have occurred in the past.  We hope you are feeling the power of our words.  The power in the strength of our love for you. 

We are happy to be of assistance whenever you call and we are anxiously awaiting calls from you constantly.  We have much that we can offer you in the way of easing your pain, worry and troubles.  Please let us offer this to you and you accept it.  As time move onward each day, so does the vibrational rise of Mother Earth and soon all will be experiencing different sensations within the body that were not experienced before and you will wonder what they are and from whence do they come.  We say, your bodies are made of light, of energy and each change, each little escalation of vibrational energy is noticed by your bodies.  It is sometimes noticed consciously and some time it is noticed unconsciously to you, but it is noticed.  And it has and will change you in little subtle ways.  Sometimes you will catch yourself thinking something that you would not have even considered before and wonder, why. Often you will eat something that you never eat and again you wonder why.  And then some of you will say things that once you have spoken them, you will wonder, what that was about and where did it come from. 

All is coming from your higher self.  You higher self is coming through more and more as each little vibrations shift is felt in your light body.  This is not something to be alarmed about.  This is something to rejoice about.  You are becoming one again.  Back to your wholeness and perfection you had attained before the fall.  We are happy to share this information with you today and ask that you read it over and over until you can sense a quickening inside your deepest heart, your spirit heart.  You will sense it. 

We love you and remind you that we are here for you always.  We are ATON, Amun Ra, Isis, the Light Guardians of Planet Earth, the Oneness from ancient times and we are all Members of the White Brotherhood of Ascended Masters Understanding and Presence.

Hello dear one. We are here as always.

It is time for us to buckle down and get to work. We have much that must be said and shared with others about the upcoming changes in your beautiful planet.

Now things are shifting daily. They are mini and micro shifts, most of them but some are major. So please do not be alarmed when you hear of such things. We are controlling and watching every little vibrational change that is happening constantly.

I am AmunRa and know of what I speak. Humans have the tendency to complicate, exaggerate and confuse the simplest of messages so I will help to make this as plan as possible. WE are watching and taking care of this planet. We have assistance from you as light workers and from other Beings of Light who have embodied as humans at this momentous period for earths transition. All is moving into place for this transition and all of humanity is a major part of it. We have assigned different missions to many of you and when the time comes, you will be activated and will be able to perform your work effortlessly.

There is no need for concern or worry as we have said many times before. We would really like for you to understand this most important part. There is no need for concern. Just remember that love in your heart is all that is required and the only things that we can sense from any point in the cosmic at any given time. Love is a major light force and protects and eases any and many situations that could possible arise. We are standing side by side with you, toe to toe and holding your hand through every phase of this transition. Please remove doubt, worry, upset, fear and disbelief from your mind and from your vocabulary. These only cause you more confusion. Your heart center is pure and strong enough to give you the correct guidance in anything that you do daily. Tune into that. Listen to your heart center, to your core being. All the answers will come to you and you will not have room for any of the worries we mentioned.

We are all one. We are so connected that we cannot even tell you how or begin to explain to you in a way that would be understood properly of the many ways in which we are all connected. The energy field is so much more then you can imagine with so many more abilities then is given credit to at this current time. All will be revealed before too much longer and you, each one, will perfectly understand what we mean when we say we are all connected as one. Continued to send healing love and energy thoughts to all of the surface of this planet. Your combined thoughts and efforts are making a great change happen for the better.

We thank you for the time you have spent with us today and we are, as always, here at your side. We enfold you in our love and are always ready for your calls at any time. This message is how I received it and as I was typing I had the clear impression that I was to post the picture of the crystal grid map out there again. It's one of those things that when you get the strong impression you just need to do it. I am Amun-Ra and we are going to speak about Egypt again. Many are hurt and many are lost. There is much that can be done to help these lost, hurt spirits. Start with the light workers; unite and mention to them that they can help heal this situation and any situation that is going on around the world and the cosmic at any time. They are very powerful together. It is interesting how humanity believe in certain ideals to a fault, which most are false ideals. But when we send a message that is direct from spirit, source energy; humanity wants to doubt it and say. “Oh, should I follow this or not”. Well, of course follow it. We are all loving, all spirit and all grace. We are here to help as are you. We are beings of immeasurable power but so are you and together there is nothing that cannot be changed, adjusted or created as it should be. The evolvement of this planet depends upon it. More and more changes will be coming so now is the time for the light workers to really unite and sent their combined energies out to the cosmic to help hold the vibrations of upliftment and healing, as we are doing the same. You are not separate from us. You are part of us incarnated on the planet to hold points of light as we hold points of light in the cosmic to make a complete surrounding grid of light. Do you understand. You, the light workers, and we light beings, are suppose to work together. That was and is the plan. That is our job together, all of us.

I am Amun-Ra. We love Egypt as much as you do. It is all of our homeland, so to speak, for most of us in our realm who wished to be part of planet Earths development. It is also the ancient homeland of many of who are in human form at this particular period. We are helping to restore the balance that the planet must have in order to raise itself into its higher dimension that it is preparing to do. All will be settled soon and as we have said in past Discourses, soon to us can be 20 minutes or 200 years, but soon, very soon. Please, please relax about all of this. Your job is to send love, healing, and blessed energy to the planet and to that area of unrest at this time. Your job is also to remember to call to us for assistance and to strengthen and magnify the positive energies and vibration you send out in a concentrated focused effort to help ease all involved in this situation. Remember, do not allow yourself to think any negative thoughts, any limiting, and blocking thoughts or allow any disturbing energies of overwhelming sadness overtake you. Call to us through your free will and allow us to hold your hand to ease away any thoughts that are not of the highest good for all. Energy and vibrations through thoughts, single and especially combined thoughts, are projected into the cosmic and become manifested matter. These thoughts, depending upon your thought ideals, will either help to heal the earth or be reflected back poorly upon you, the thought sender. We are all loving and have unconditional love for all upon this planet and in the many galaxies we are working with. Every being upon the earth plane at this period is already a master of creation so the thoughts are extremely important. We cannot stress this enough. For many, the veil is drawn so tightly that they are unaware of their master abilities and status but for many others they understand their powers and can instantly heal and manifest health,, wealth, and blessings even upon areas such as the upheaval that is going on in Egypt now. Combine your efforts,, combine your strengths, combine your thoughts and only, only think loving, healing, easing, blessing and graceful thoughts when you hear of anything about this unrest. You have the power, even from all the way across the planet to help to ease any situation that you set your mind to. We are depending on you. This is part of what your job is. Part of what we have been telling you all along in past Discourses and meditations. You are light workers. Only send light, love energy to the land and to others. We know you understand the importance of this message through the guidance and acceptance of your higher self. We love you and we will be with you to intensify your blessed, protected, vibrations and energies as you send healing to the planet.
