Make lists of positive aspects.  Make lists of things you love - - and never complain about anything.  and as you use those things that shine bright and make you feel good as your excuse to give your attention, and be who-you-are, you will tune to who-you-are, and the whole world will begin to transform before your eyes.  It is not your job to transform the world for others - - but it is your job to transform it for you.  A state of appreciation is pure Connection to Source where there is no perception of lack.

The subject of money is really two matters: (1) money, plenty of money; and (2) absence of money, not nearly enough money.  Often people assume that because they are speaking the words "I want more money," they are speaking positively about money.  When you are feeling fear or discomfort as you speak, you are not speaking of the subject of money; you are speaking of the subject of not enough money.  And the difference is very important, because the first subject brings money and the second holds it away.

Anxiousness

Anxiousness is just another word for fear and you already know that if there is fear there is not room for love. Those are the only two emotions that are felt by humanity and at times the human feels that both emotions are ‘stopping’ emotions but this is not so.  LOVE is always the key to opening all pathways to reaching your true Divine being.  The past hurts from Love is only a hurt that the ego has placed in your thought to help itself to control of you.  Love fully, openly and unconditionally.  That is Love.  Nothing harmful can come from real, true and unconditional love for all things. 

When you love, you can sense us, feel us and intuitively know that all is right in the world from that perspective of love.  Hatred comes from Fear and Love cancels fears effects on the human body, collective consciousness and through the galaxy systems of the universe-of which each of you are a reflection. 

So be happy, be loving, kind and let your heart sing its song of great love for all.  Times are changing and they are changing NOW.  You are making this change through the love projected in your heart centers to this planet which will radiate out into infinity.  

We are your teachers, your guides and your highest reflection of yourselves and we send you our undying and everlasting Love.

 The Lovely Earth Star

I am Metatron and your vibrational thought of me has brought me forward to speak with you today.  I am also part of the group of the Ancients and as always we have been close to Mother Earth and its inhabitants for eons; for such long periods of time that we cannot even try to count in numbers.  The most important things I would like to share with you today is that it is true. 

The Earth star is raising her vibrations.  All occupying space on the lovely Earth Star is having a raised vibrational effect of feeling somewhere or somehow within their individual bodies.  We just want to say that if you focus on your breath, in and out, calmly, focus on your breath and bring yourself back into that focus of your center when you are experiencing pain of that disconnected feeling or that feeling of something odd.  Focus on your breath to calm yourself and connect with your inner Divine guidance, the ill effects will be eased from you.  Do this as often as you need.  Each time you catch yourself feeling pain or out of sorts so to speak, focus again and breathe. 

This will help center you and help to release any old pent up emotions or memories that need to be removed from your physical bodies.  Picture a Blue bubble descending down through your higher chakras all the way through your body and out surrounding your body and then breathe that marvelous blue light into your heart center and relax.  All will be well dear ones and the ease will come to you very fast if you will allow yourself to do this simple practice. 

I and all the beings of light love you immensely and I am grateful to share this message with you today.  I am Metatron and I’m always with you. 

Changes Still Coming

We are wanting to discuss some situations that are happening in your world today. We are sorry that things will need to get a bit worse for humanity before it will evolve to a betterment. We are always on the ready to be available for the calls when they are sent to us but we are in a state of waiting for your calls. We have mentioned often that we are here for your assistance and your comfort but most of humanity are still not remembering how important this is. We ask that you just simply put a thought on us during the day and you will have an instant sentential by your side whether you feel us of not, just know that we are there. We have much love for you and your planet earth and for you so we are holding to our words. Call to us and we will always be to your side. We have powers that are not even revealed as of yet from which we could help tremendously if you will allow. We are multidimensional beings of light in non physical form direct from source energy of all that is so our abilities are very vast. The more you start to recognize that we are consistently with you every day and night, the more you can remember to call to us, the more your life will begin to smooth out. Just try it, you will see.


We know that much will be changing across your planet with the governments of several countries and there is no need to worry. Only know that all is in its proper order and we are stationed at our positions to lend understand, support, love, healing and light. Always light. We are grateful for those of you who do call to us daily. From your efforts, positive changes are occurring so we ask that you continue with your practice of calling to us and speaking with us as often as you can. We are here to enfold you in our love at all times. You can do no wrong you see. You are all creators yourselves and with that being said, we hope you realize just how powerful you are on your own. We are only here to assist and to help you remember and return to your true abilities and powers. We are grateful that we have been allowed to help. We enfold you totally and complete with our love as we continue patiently to wait for your visits and your calls.

We are the White Brotherhood, the Cosmic Council, the Maha Chohan, the Eternal Flame of Freedom and the Ultimate Power of All There Is.

There are rapid changes over your planet so all need to continue to be vigilant in their emotions and feelings to bring forth the power of LOVE and COMPASSION solely.

These are the healers of the universe and these are the truest form of ascension. Connect the two emotions and you will sense vibrations stronger than any you have sensed before. From this strong vantage point you can work many great things in many ways and ideas to heal this planet and continue its evolution.

Concentrate on this. Combine Love and Compassion. Let those feeling grow in your heart center and then picture them flowing out to bubble the planet Earth. Soon you will notice that bubble has grown to cover everything in the cosmos and it’s coming from you. Just think, if all on the planet projected this forward and out, just think how strong that bubble of Love and Compassion would be; everyone adding more and more to it. There is strength in numbers and love is the all healing vibrational power for anything. Add compassion and your complete in assisting with your own ascension and for all else that is everywhere in the cosmic realms.

We would hope that you would give this a thought that you could send out to the planet at least once daily. It will begin to heal so much if you will just allow yourself to believe and be a part of these changes by accepting your task and send this love and compassion vibration from you on out everywhere. We are glad you are willing to help and we love you dearly. No more bystanders wondering “what am I to do?” . .Do this. This is the most magnificent start that any human could do. We are grateful.

I have had many asking if my Guides had mentioned anything about what's happening now. Basically they have not really said anything specific to me except for what they discussed last month during their Discourse session. Other than that, I received the below message today.

Current State of Affairs

If we must say something about the current start of affairs with the planet, know that most of these natural disasters are not natural nor are they disasters. All has been co created by humanity and we are just doing our part as was planned and prepared for the earth’s elevation. Please let all know and remind them to only send loving energy and compassion and blessing out to all areas of the planet. Love is the strongest force that overcomes anything. You ( meaning me personally) are witness to this very thing with all the issues from the very beginning with you and your twin flame. People cause problems and love irons them all away.

This is a message for all light works and spiritual seekers. We are with you all and are always close to you as you go about your daily activities. All of humanity are spiritual seekers in one way or another.

We are glad to be of assistance whenever you allow us to be part of your lives. We are careful not to interfere with anything you are doing as you have your wonderful free will to manage and control things in your life as you do. There are times, many times that humanity puts itself through so much anguish because somehow in all the business of daily living, the simple call to us has been forgotten or pushed back from the consciousness with the thought of “I can do this alone.”

We just wanted to remind all that you are NOT alone, you are NEVER alone. Even when you are not asking for our help or even thinking about us, you are not alone. We are standing with you eternally. You cannot be alone if you tried. When you feel that aloneness, know that feeling is only coming from your ego based thinking, not from your heart center. When you really concentrate, get quiet and focus on your heart center for just a little while you will sense all your guides and your higher self there connecting you to “all that you are”. You are so expansive that you could never be alone, ever. We are complete and totally unconditional love and when you focus inside your heart center you will feel it. This love that is so encompassing, so protecting, so soothing and so nurturing that there is no room for “alone” feelings.

We ask that you remember this and that you take a few moments daily to place your attention, calmly on your heart center, breathe and relax. You will find us there with you, with our arms outstretched sending you love. With arms outstretched we are welcoming you to the truth that YOU ARE LOVE itself. You are a reflection of all of our love in totality and completion. You are not alone and You are the epitome of Love.

We thank you for listening to our message today and we anxiously await your calls to us for assistance with any of your needs or desires. We are the Christ consciousness, the collective of ALL THERE IS, we are a part of YOU, you see. We are ONE. Know you are so loved and we are here for you.

Hello dear one. We are here as always.

It is time for us to buckle down and get to work. We have much that must be said and shared with others about the upcoming changes in your beautiful planet.

Now things are shifting daily. They are mini and micro shifts, most of them but some are major. So please do not be alarmed when you hear of such things. We are controlling and watching every little vibrational change that is happening constantly.

I am AmunRa and know of what I speak. Humans have the tendency to complicate, exaggerate and confuse the simplest of messages so I will help to make this as plan as possible. WE are watching and taking care of this planet. We have assistance from you as light workers and from other Beings of Light who have embodied as humans at this momentous period for earths transition. All is moving into place for this transition and all of humanity is a major part of it. We have assigned different missions to many of you and when the time comes, you will be activated and will be able to perform your work effortlessly.

There is no need for concern or worry as we have said many times before. We would really like for you to understand this most important part. There is no need for concern. Just remember that love in your heart is all that is required and the only things that we can sense from any point in the cosmic at any given time. Love is a major light force and protects and eases any and many situations that could possible arise. We are standing side by side with you, toe to toe and holding your hand through every phase of this transition. Please remove doubt, worry, upset, fear and disbelief from your mind and from your vocabulary. These only cause you more confusion. Your heart center is pure and strong enough to give you the correct guidance in anything that you do daily. Tune into that. Listen to your heart center, to your core being. All the answers will come to you and you will not have room for any of the worries we mentioned.

We are all one. We are so connected that we cannot even tell you how or begin to explain to you in a way that would be understood properly of the many ways in which we are all connected. The energy field is so much more then you can imagine with so many more abilities then is given credit to at this current time. All will be revealed before too much longer and you, each one, will perfectly understand what we mean when we say we are all connected as one. Continued to send healing love and energy thoughts to all of the surface of this planet. Your combined thoughts and efforts are making a great change happen for the better.

We have been part of this earth plane for a long, long time, ever since its first existence because without us the light would not be around so prominently. Our job as the Light Brigade is to constantly flood light to every corner and crevice in the cosmic and in all it’s inhabitants. We take our job very seriously.

The light is what carries the lift force of the Creator through to each and every one of you and to each and every particle of the cosmic. We want all to know that when troubles arise, no matter what they may be, if you remember to enfold it and seal the troubled issues in a bubble of light there is always a clear view coming toward you as to the best way to handle or move forward from the trouble.

We hope you remember that light is everything that makes energy move. Love is the glue that makes it stick. Does this simplify if for you? Just ask for our help or just call for the light and we will be there in force to easy and change the problem.

We are Askara-RayThis is the first that we have come that you have allowed us to speak. We are part of the ancients from way, way, before any of the ancients are even named or known. We are part of the beginning, you see. You received information through ATON earlier, it is Askara-Ray. Again it is different from any name you have heard before. Our galaxy is not anywhere near here. It is many, many, many light years away; however, since you are a multi faceted light being a part of you are always there with us. So you have the ability as all humans and all of us, to instantly be wherever you need to be in the cosmic. At any given time you can be in more than one place at once, very simply.

We have come to let you know that things are going to change again very rapidly. Part of what is going on in the earth plane now is just a precursor of what is coming. The humans that are on the earth plane, we are watching how they are handling these little tiny different, unusual nuances that they do not expect. What will come, and very soon, is something major that they don’t expect either. So your job is to remind everyone to reach back inside of themselves and become; just as you had the impression when you were going through this last attunement earlier this evening, and you saw as was written in the book from St. Germain, the big white tiger coming upon the person sitting on the land. And that person at this time was you. Your thoughts were two fold, to be frightened, or sit calmly and send love and non judgment. And if you are to be the meal for this beautiful animal that is crouching, approaching you very viciously, then so be it. Sending love, you allow yourself to be the meal. And on the other part, the same time, sending love, you suggest to the crouching tiger that possibly you could be of help to him finding other meals instead of just devouring you at any moment. Once you came to the decision, the conclusion of whatever will be will be, stopped any resistance, only sent love, is when the tiger came and laid down beside you. Where you could scratch behind his ears and put your head in his fur behind his neck and love on him and pat on him, returning love, each one of you, to the other. This is what you need to remember when things start to be a little different in your world and the world of the others that you live with here on this plane. Set yourself down, reside yourself to the fact that whatever it will be will be, release resistance, and just send love. Even though there are two options, release resistance on both, send love; and you will be surprised with the outcome. It’s a very important vision that you had, a very important impression. You need to keep this impression with you. You need to share this impression with others. It is a great lesson here, a very great lesson. So in the midst of all the turmoil, any turmoil that you have, any, anything that you view that is detached from you or you cannot send it love and you cannot view it unconditionally; it’s the same as the approaching crouching tiger that is danger. It can be easily changed as you easily change your thoughts, your vibrations, your feeling, your impressions and your ability to accept, release and send love. Love is the most important thing.

I am Amun-Ra. We love Egypt as much as you do. It is all of our homeland, so to speak, for most of us in our realm who wished to be part of planet Earths development. Remember, do not allow yourself to think any negative thoughts, any limiting, and blocking thoughts or allow any disturbing energies of overwhelming sadness overtake you. Call to us through your free will and allow us to hold your hand to ease away any thoughts that are not of the highest good for all. Energy and vibrations through thoughts, single and especially combined thoughts, are projected into the cosmic and become manifested matter. These thoughts, depending upon your thought ideals, will either help to heal the earth or be reflected back poorly upon you, the thought sender. We are all loving and have unconditional love for all upon this planet and in the many galaxies we are working with. Every being upon the earth plane at this period is already a master of creation so the thoughts are extremely important. We cannot stress this enough. For many, the veil is drawn so tightly that they are unaware of their master abilities and status but for many others they understand their powers and can instantly heal and manifest health,, wealth, and blessings even upon areas such as the upheaval that is going on in Egypt now. Combine your efforts,, combine your strengths, combine your thoughts and only, only think loving, healing, easing, blessing and graceful thoughts when you hear of anything about this unrest. You have the power, even from all the way across the planet to help to ease any situation that you set your mind to. We are depending on you. This is part of what your job is. Part of what we have been telling you all along in past Discourses and meditations. You are light workers. Only send light, love energy to the land and to others. We know you understand the importance of this message through the guidance and acceptance of your higher self. We love you and we will be with you to intensify your blessed, protected, vibrations and energies as you send healing to the planet.
